Introduction	Gosh! Where do I begin? I'm a mother of three beautiful girls (including a dog who I consider my first born), a wife, runner, Turbofire lover, and healthy eater. I put my career on hold after the birth of my second daughter in late 2010. Blogging is my way of capturing life's precious moments, sharing my health and fitness successes, and whatever else I feel like sharing.
