Location	I am a Creative, Eclectic, and Canadian mommy of three!
Introduction	I am, as many bloggers, a stay-at-home mom. Like many stay-at-home moms I am well educated and once was very career focused. I have two university degrees, was an archaeologist and a teacher. Now I spend my days picking up dirty laundry and scouring the house, entertaining and educating my three children, chauffeuring my children to activities, and overseeing homework! Between all this action and my husband's crazy work schedule I try desparately to find a little time for my own mental health! I am hoping my blog will be one source of this "me time". Why "Northern Mama" you may ask. Well, because for 8 years we lived in the arctic and all three of my children spent their first years there which makes it home to us! I love my children Bronwynn age 4, Emma age 6, and Gabriel age 8 and I have enjoyed my time at home with them but as my youngest approaches kindergarten I am ready to start to create a new chapter in my life. I would like to take this opportunity to form a new identity for myself, one as a mom of school-aged kids!
