| Introduction | Liz Wilkey is the winner of The CURA Foundation’s Stories of Hope contest and has been named a Pontifical Hero by the Vatican’s Pontifical Council for Culture. Liz has been diagnosed with Sjogren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and peripheral neuropathy, while her three daughters have all been diagnosed with rheumatoid and autoimmune diseases as well. Liz's unique writing style, love of all-things-whimsy, and lively sense of humor all combine to make her writing a joy to read. |
