| Introduction | I've been the athletic trainer at Elizabeth High School in northern New Jersey, U.S.A., for the past 26+ years. I am a certified athletic trainer (NATA), a certified strength & conditioning specialist (NSCA), and certified massage therapist (state of N.J.). I'm a certified Active Release Technique(R) practitioner, certified Graston Technique practitioner, and have completed course work in other mobilization & soft tissue techniques. I am a faculty member of GAIN (Gambetta Athletic Improvement Network), and a fellow in the Gary Gray Institute. |
