Introduction I left my job five years ago to become a pastry chef. I went to pastry school and loved every minute of it. After graduating, I started working at a local bakery where I made Old World European cakes and pastries. Right now, I'm enjoying being a stay-at-home mom but I still make desserts for friends and family. My son was diagnosed with multiple food allergies so now I'm also making allergen-free desserts. I'm interested in learning more about cake decorating. I love the creative freedom it gives me: I get to draw, paint and sculpt edible works of art. It's really fun...and delicious too!
