Introduction	Mother of five boys aged 15, 13, 11, 7 & 5. Passionate lover of life, music, coffee, clogs, food & friends. Cooking and sharing food with my family and friends is very important to me- it is about the celebration of life! This blog is a place where I share my experiences of these things. I endeavour to use quality produce that is produced using sustainable methods and encourage everyone to do this. I'm trying to bring back "slow" childhood along the same lines as "slow" cooking. My blog posts are about my family & cooking for them and each post includes a listening pleasure at the end of each post.
