| 紹介 | Hi, I’m Richard Montanaro, Academic Undergraduate Program Director at Post. My passion for education lies in being able to awaken students’ curiosity to learn by introducing them to new materials and experiences. I’ve carried this passion throughout my educational career, which also includes being a career management Adjunct Professor at Manhattanville College. I’ve also spent 25 years in HR, and learning and leadership development, filling such roles as Senior Staffing Representative, Compensation Analyst, Manager Employee Relations, and Director Training and Development. In line with my HR and social work experience, I have focused my research on adults in transition after experiencing significant life events. I’ve won the “Who’s Who Among College Students in American Colleges and Universities” award. I have a Ph.D. in human and organization systems, master’s degrees in organization development and industrial relations, and a bachelor’s degree in social work. In my personal time, I enjoy landscaping, gardening, and practicing leatherwork, including custom designs and repairs. You can read my blog posts here. |
