Introduction	I collect craft supplies and by collect I think I mean hoard. I came across a word that describes me very well - that sounds better than hoarding... covetous. That's me - I covet things... craft supplies, old books, magazines, things that inspire me. I covet ideas that i will one day make - but probably not this day and probably not tomorrow either. So... For now I will be covetous of ideas and supplies. That is part of the reason that I thought I would try out blogging... I find cool stuff and have lots of ideas - it would feel better to show and talk about them than just hoard them in my little craft room... I know I use ... and - more than any other punctuation - I'm not changing it.
Interests	collecting craft supplies, Cary Grant, thrifting, good coffee, whiskey, movies, books, I go through magazine phases too...
Favorite Movies	Out of the Past, His Girl Friday - (I fricken LOVE Cary Grant and if you don't I think it's wierd), Bottle Rocket, I'm kind of embarrassed to say it but I really love 'You've Got Mail', The Godfather I and II, The Red Balloon, way too many to mention. I seem to be drawn to depressing movies that make me sad - especially with foreign children that cry. I don't pick them on purpose - I just end up always choosing and loving them.
Favorite Music	sadly I haven't been into music lately - I work a lot and shuttle teenagers around and my I-Pod needs to be updated and I don't have the patience to do it... but the Shins (and Broken Bells) and the Decemberists always make me want to listen more. I saw the Decemberists at the Moore Theatre in Seattle - It was lovely... felt the music in my bones.
Favorite Books	Oh jeeesus... hmmm this is tough... Of course To Kill a Mockingbird and gotta love Holden Caufield in Catcher in the Rye - Someone once told me that I was their catcher in the rye and it is the best thing that has ever been said to me. Dostoevsky, The Moviegoer, In Cold Blood, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, Hemingway, The Stranger...
