| Introduction | I have a husband (46yrs)and two children,Patrick who lives in Dallas and Brad who lives in Little Rock. I am married to a mechanical engineer who has a consulting business in the energy field. Life has had its ups and downs, the major tragedy was losing my son at 27 to a malignant brain tumor. As you may know, this will always be a sorrow on my mind. I also at 32 was diagnosed with malignant melanoma, for which I had surgery and had no recurrence. I was an adopted child as was one of my sons. I found my birth mother and that was wonderful. My life has always been interesting and have had the joy of homemaking, working, and my children. Maybe some of my experiences will be of interest to you and I welcome your comments, ideas and questions. My animals entertain and keep me busy, sometimes as busy as children, they are: 2 cats, 3 birds(onblogpic) and 1 besenji. The besenji is called a dog, but is more eeriely like a cat or a person. My birds are 2 indian ring necks, and 1 conure (killer). I also enjoy our houseboat on lake ouachita and all the friends and neighbors and relatives that gather there.
