| Introduction | Current project: I am writing a book which presents a sweeping theory of social life, a theory which has grown in my lifetime of asking questions about science. During the 1990s I started and ran the Free Nation Foundation, a think tank focused upon discovering the critical institutions which make free nations possible. Recently, in May 2013, I completed a Master of Economics degree at North Carolina State University. Earlier I had studied computer science and business administration in graduate schools. My undergraduate degree is in electrical engineering. I have worked in a number of professions, including engineering, house building, and software development. |
