| Interests | I have carved for over 40 years.It all started when we went for a trip to St Jean Port Jolie and we visited the tourist shops and I told my wife "I can do that" When we came home I made a fisherman .Stlll have it to remind me that I have come a long way.Carving then became my favourite pastime. I have been making BG egg handles for over 8 years. They are all custom made. The handle is hand carved, hand painted, shaped to fit the hand and has at least six coats of spar varnish. I make these as a hobby. In the summer carving is put aside for gardening and family.(that is may to the end of August.) |
