| Introduction | lim·i·nal adjective 1. of or relating to a transitional or initial stage of a process. 2. occupying a position at, or on both sides of, a boundary or threshold. After living and gardening in Istanbul, Turkey for nearly 14 years, I'm back in my other adopted hometown, Seattle, and enjoying many of the realities of gardening here. Will I stay here for the long term, or fly the coop again and settle elsewhere? I haven't quite figured that out yet, but wherever I am, I'm sure to be growing something!
