| Introduction | Greetings Classmates and Dr. Pratt, My name is Patrice Nixon. I live in Gastonia, North Carolina. I am enjoying the continuing of my education at Walden University. So far, it has been great. My major is Instructional Technology Design. I currently work at Gaston Early College High school as an Administrator Assistant. This is my second year working for a high school. Our school is new and is the first of its kind in our county. I worked for an elementary school for the last 15 years as a computer lab instructor for grades kindergarten through fifth. It is a huge difference than high school. I really like my current position. However, I have a strong passion for technology and am looking forward to working in that field. I have two children beautiful children. My daughter is very independent and son that plays football for UNCC (University of North Carolina at Charlotte). They both keep me extremely busy. I look forward to taking this class with all of you all. Pat |
