Introduction	Originally from LA, Rachel currently lives in Portland Oregon Rachel creates quilts that are unique pieces of Functional Art. After she creates each quilt top she quilts each one freehand using no pantographs or digitized design. Quilting in her home studio, Rachel daydreams of joining a Roller Derby Team under the name RageHell Surly.

Favorite Music	show tunes... Pj harvey... early 90's from Olympia... Carla Bozulich is a goddess. Ethylmeatplow, Gereldine fibbers, she can do no wrong... Feminist Punk is that a word? L7, 7YB, lunachicks X.. oh yeah, I also really like the old 97's.
Favorite Books	if it's crafty I love it... if it's all about if she can land her man... I don't give a shit.
