Introduction	My husband and I a few years ago decided to start eating more healthy and natural. Since that time we have moved to Africa as missionaries and I am very glad that I started cooking the way I did a few years ago. It has helped me adjust to the way of cooking from scratch in Africa. I have a great love for cooking and my husband has a great love for eating, so we are a perfect match!
