| Introduction | I have been a practicing artist for the past 24 years. I studied at the Alberta College of Art and Design in Calgary and went on to receive a Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of Calgary. I have attended various art residencies, workshops and artist retreats over the years. I have also actively exhibited my work in public and commercial galleries in British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec and have participated in touring shows in Germany and the Czech republic. My work is represented in corporate collections, foundations and private collections nationally, in the USA and Europe. I have taught college level art classes in design, drawing and mixed media as well as recreational workshops for both adults and children. My job history also includes working for commercial and civic galleries in various capacities as well as graphic design. My artwork combines a variety of media including painting, drawing, wood construction and installation. |
