| Introduction | Cooking is in my heart. Have really enjoyed becoming part of the blogging culture, especially food. The recipes on this site are mostly my own recipes. I always credit if not. In 2008 my daughter, Megan, and I had a recipe (chick,chick veggie pasta) we created published in Rachael Ray's cookbook, titled "Yumo, the family cookbook" on page 157.Very cool but not a claim to fame. I have been in the restaurant business most of my adult life and have work for some very upscale places as well as some of the tastiest dives too. For the last decade (ahh!), I have enjoyed a career in Real Estate, Salon Sales, and finally a position at the SOCA. One day hoping to be a cafe owner or Yoga instructor. Who knows . My blogs/diary is my personal reflection and memories of my life of love, friendship, trials, and mischief in the kitchen & out. Enjoy ;) |
