Introduction | WELCOME!!! When I started eating and cooking vegan foods I had lots of questions about preparation methods and ingredients. This blog is full of tasty recipes that range from super simple to fairly advanced, but always delicious. Whether you are a long time vegan, new to the vegan/vegetarian world or a confirmed carnivore (for now), you will find some good information and fun ideas here. My goal for this blog is to help make your conversion to a more plant based diet less intimidating and a lot more fun. You will find lots of original recipes in the recipe index, information on ingredients, and restaurant reviews for you to check out. Feel free to e-mail me at vegintraining at g mail dot com Have fun and happy cooking!!! Bon Apetite! |
