| Introduction | I view food differently from most, and I'm determined to help teach others how to appreciate the food they eat by shopping for and preparing more of their own. I will speak with anyone willing to listen, and I'm always happy to increase one's knowledge on any food topic. I prefer not to eat out as I like to know and see how my food is prepared; so I make as much of my own as possible. Food should be fun and a joy to eat, not something quickly consumed from a fast food chain before you have to get somewhere or do something! |
