| Introduction | I am a SAHM with a desire to create stuff. I love to sew, paint, build, cook, and learn how to do new things. I look at things I like and think, hmmm...I really do not want to pay that for that item but, hey, I can make it! We have two wonderful kiddos - a six year old tomboy girlie girl and a three year old active little boy. We recently moved to a great three acre property in suburban Chicago and am planning to use more "tools" gardening, raising chickens and learning to "homestead."
