| Introduction | I am a 40ish year old professional who lives and runs in New York City, but was raised in Texas. two lovely daughters 13 and 6. I try to enjoy the city, life, running and hope you do also. I have run several marathons, with times around 3:40. I struggle with the various demands of work, family and running, and try to balance all three. I am not a former athlete, but what little experience I had, I recall vividly. I try to stay positive, to learn and to grow -- after all, this is fun and for the best. |
