Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
That's why I do wear a scarf. Frequently, sometimes when the weather doesn't demand it. Mostly because I own many scarves and love them dearly. I don't want them to be lonely left at home on the hanger with my handbags.
