Introduction | JENNIFER FINNEY BOYLAN is the author of ten books, including SHE'S NOT THERE and I'M LOOKING THROUGH YOU, both published by Random House. She is a national spokeswoman for civil rights and has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show, Larry King Live, The Today Show, and a Barbara Walters Special. A professor of English at Colby College, she has been a frequent contributor to the New York Times op/ed page as well as an ongoing writer for Conde Nast Traveler. Her new Young Adult Series, FALCON QUINN, commences in January 2010 with Book I: FALCON QUINN AND THE BLACK MIRROR. Which is a book, among other things, about monsters. NEXT PUBLIC APPEARANCE is at Ursinus College, near Philadelphia, on Feb. 13, 2009, followed by performances at the Richard Hugo house in Seattle, March 20-21; and the Yale University Library, April 16th. |
