Introduction Hi. My name is Ben, or Benjamin James Watson if I'm in trouble with my Mom. I am a children's book author. My first picture book, "The Boy Who Went Ape" was illustrated by my pops, Richard Jesse Watson, and published with Blue Sky Press, Scholastic. I am currently working on a young adult/middle grade novel. I love my wife, dogs, and good stories. I love to think about and discuss writing which is what this blog, and a big chunk of my life, is all about.
