Introduction	At a very young age I remember helping my mother in the kitchen baking goodies for family and friends. Now, many years later, I have finally realized my passion in life. I attended The Culinary Institute at AII in Henderson, NV and graduated with a diploma in Baking & Pastries. My dream is to open a storefront and create special cakes for special occasions. This blog includes my first creations to my lastest cakes, cupcakes and cookies. I am still in the process of getting it all together and hope to complete and have it up-to-date soon. When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?

Yes, please get up when your alarm goes off and not 9 - 18 - 27 minutes later. I hate that!!! One of my pet peeves : )
