Introduction | I have been overweight all my life. 230 pounds was my highest weight until about 1979 when I decided enough is enough. I lost 60 pounds and have went from 170 back up to around 180 and fluctuated from 175-185 for a few years and then in the past few years its crept higher and higher until this year when I hit 200 again. I dieted for a few weeks and started WW at 197 pounds, got down to 170 pounds and then gained and got back up to 193. I need to stay healthy as I had a heart attack at age 45 and have a stent in my LAD artery. The Doctor's told me I was very lucky that I survived it. Currently I am trying to eat clean and exercise 6 days a week. |
