Introduction Nick Deysher began writing children's music in 1987 (yes he was only nine, but it counts). His experience playing music for kids began as a counselor at Bement Camp in Massachusetts. After graduating from Bates College with a B.A. in music composition, Nick began teaching and producing music for children. In 2002 he formed In The Nick of Time Music, a production company dedicated to creating quality music for all forms of media. In 2006 Nick received the Fred Rogers Memorial Scholarship and a generous grant from the Television Academy. In 2007 Nick graduated from the University of Miami's prestigious Media Writing and Production program with a Masters degree in music. The following year Coconut Groove was released. Nick followed the success of Coconut Groove with his Parents' Choice Gold Award winning album People, Places and Things in 2009. The follow-up to People, Places and Things was 2011's Making Silly Faces which has gone on to receive both 1st Place and the Editor's Choice in the She Knows Parenting Awards, as well as being selected by Parents' Magazine as one of the Top 10 Albums of 2011!
