| Introduction | I'm a wife and mother stuck in a small town in deep, South Texas...ain't life grand?! Seriously, the only things to do in this neck of the woods is cooking and eating. I've come to the realization that eating everything I cook is detrimental to my health...so, I'll share the recipe, but YOU cook it, and YOU eat it. I guess you could call me an aspiring cook/chef. I enjoy all kinds of foods and cuisines, and I'm not afraid to try cooking them at home. Most often than not, my food is edible! I cook for friends and family to show them how much I love them. To see them dig in and enjoy my food makes my heart skip a beat. Weird, I know! I'm a wife to a wonderful, kind, thoughtful, and loving husband. Ha! I found THE ONE!!! We have a gorgeous and intelligent, if not way too sarcastic, twelve year old. In spite of my past transgressions, I am truly blessed :) |
