Sojourning in Al-anon, a program for family members of recovering alcoholics, has helped me in dealing with my family, which was impacted by borderline personality disorder. Feel free to read! Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
What were you meant to be? A massage therapist or physical therapist, a park ranger, a psychotherapist, a cook, a dancer, a wanderer with a pen collecting stories, a ceramicist.... a healer ... a nutritionist Clay is aluminum and silicates embracing cations. At this point in my life flexibility is much more important than ... getting any bigger than I am~
