| Introduction | A reasonably normal fellow, except that I decided to get my retirement over while young and spent most of my twenties and thirties in Alaska (or off the coast of Alaska). Now I've got to get a "real" job... so I went back to graduate school instead. Whaddya mean everybody doesn't wait until they're 40 to start on their PhD? I have plenty of time to get a job and still work enough years for retirement; if not, at least I got the fun stuff done first... kinda like dessert. |
