| Introduction | Hi! I'm Olwyn and this is my blog! This is my 20th year in the classroom. Wowzer! And I am currently teaching a grade 1/2 split class. I believe in the power of books, that love makes teaching happen and that exclamation marks are my friends (!!!!) I love quotes (you should see my pinterest board of quotes!), books, my husband, my daughter and my dog (though not necessarily in that order!) I need to read every day, exercise regularly (to keep the grumpies away!) and have a glass of wine (Shiraz if red, Moscato if white) every night while I make dinner. (Okay that last one wasn't really a need but I do love my nightly ritual!) I think that everyone just wants to feel loved, that in a perfect world we'd let kids stay kids longer and that I have just about the best life I could have asked for.
