| Introduction | I am a wife, mother of 4 & grandmother of 3 boys. I also have a 15 yo son who has cerebral Palsy & is in a wheelchair. He can not do anything for himself. I have Heart Valve problems, Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, Sarcoidosis, Degenerative Disc Disease & Arthritis. In spite of all these obstacles I try to feed my family on a tight budget,keep Food Storage & work to prepare my family in case of an emergencies. We live in a Hurricane Zone so this is a real concern for me. |
