My inspiration comes mainly from my origins, Italian & Japanese; The places that I have visited during my life, the cultures I have been in contact with, and from mother nature, as well as everything we feel, taste, and see in life. The colors, the aromas and the emotions we experience is what inspires me to create. Growing up in Italy gave me a sense of style, taste and sensation that just who has been to the Mediterranean area is fully able to understand; Combined with the harmony and peace that is so typical of the Japanese life style . My origins, travels, and passion for cooking are just some of the things that make my recipes somehow magical. I hope you will enjoy my delightful creations as much as I do.
