| Introduction | I am a very blessed wife and mom of 6 kids--3 boys born into our family and 3 girls added into our family...all cherished with all of our hearts. In June of 2010 we were given the shocking news that our 2 year old daughter had Retinoblastoma, a genetic type of cancer of the eyes. After 6 months of treatment including routine chemotherapy, and a mega dose followed by a bone marrow transplant, our girl is cancer free today! This blog was created to chronicle our journey through cancer and beyond, our adoption of our sweet Corrie, and our everyday joys and challenges--all the while living the abundant life God so graciously lavishes on us. |
