Introduction | I'm just an Oompa-Loompa of science with a big mouth that needed somewhere to share her thoughts and musings. OK, if you want to know more about me: I graduated from Eckerd College with my B.S. with Honors majoring in Marine Science (biology) and minoring in Chemistry. For a couple years after that I worked in Florida studying the affects of adenosine receptor stimulation on survival kinases in heart cells. Finally, I managed to convince some people that I'm worthy of the Cell and Molecular Biology PhD program at the University of Hawaii, which is where I am now. Aloha! |
