| Introduction | Single mama to two gorgeous kids. We try to live lightly and as healthily as possible. We have been changing the way we eat in a huge way this year with great success. I have ended my battles with poor mental health, fibromyalgia, leaky gut and feel wonderful! As a family we have been sugar free and low carb, high fat since February 2014 and haven't looked back. I have also followed the Changing Habits, HCG Protocol with great success. |
