Stocks DD
| Introduction | I like to use my blog to put my dd out there. I try to dig stuff. My main intent is to have a space to cover my ideas/arguments on stocks I own/intend to own. Occasionally, I may use this space for "armchair activism". This could be publicly sharing my pov on a stock to market participants(investors,etc) or working with other shareholders to communicate with the mgmt By no means, I claim that my predictions will come true; Being always right is a long shot in passive investing(Read the Disclaimer posted before each blog entry-Disclaimer Link). Readers have to do their own dd and use their own judgement. But I do post my links and express rationale for my opinions & hypothesis. Readers are free to validate or blow holes to my thesis by posting comments. Hopefully we will all benefit by collaborating. I invest in 3 types of stocks: 1. Long term value or growth stocks (good part of my portfolio) 2. Special situations or mis-pricings (ch 11 restructuring or out-of-court restructurings) with high reward/risk 3. Other event driven situations(like high reward/risk Pharma stocks) |
