Introduction	Welcome to 'TygrLilies'! This is the place where I post pics and tell stories about my latest hobby,-designing and crafting unique custom dolls in the amigurumi style. Y'know, all I wanted was a little hobby. Something productive to do while I waited for my boys to get out of school...or karate...or swimming...you get the picture? Thanks to YouTube and the Internet, I was able to teach myself how to crochet. Now, don't get me wrong, Gramma showed me how to make a chain when I was about 7 yrs old,...and that was about it. Now really, what can you do with a 5 ft long single crochet chain? Then I came upon Amigurumi- the japanese word/technique for crochet dolls. Oh, how cute! To my surprise I developed a knack for it and was delighted with my new skills. Well, from then on I was, if you'll pardon the expression, hooked.
Favorite Movies	My Man Godfrey, Sabrina, The Quiet Man, Roman Holiday, Elf, Mr Bean's Holiday, 300, The Incredibles, and more... Anything with William Powell, Cary Grant or Audrey Hepburn. Also, anything with Claudette Colbert or Greer Garson or Deborah Kerr.
