| Introduction | i live in a garden cottage with a cow cat, baxter, and a slightly wild outside cat, squeeker. my studio is in my house and i love working from home. i received a bfa in ceramics from the university of north texas in 1994 and have been making pottery and painting since then. in 1997, i moved to little rock, and after coming a going for a few years, i landed back here in 2003 and settled in. the clay i work with is either terra cotta or porcelain, and i paint in water color, oil and acrylic. i love to sew, too. i love bright colors and bold patterns. especially stripes. i am a massage therapist and i see clients a couple times a week, but mostly i spend my time making art and gardening. i am obsessed with trying to grow food and one of these days, i hope my garden will catch up with my imagination. |
