| Introduction | I married my wonderful husband, Brad, in 2002. We now have 3 amazing daughters that keep us quite busy!! I quit my job when my oldest was born to begin my career as a stay at home Mom, and I LOVE IT!!! We have been on the "natural and healthy" lifestyle for about the past 4 years. It is not something we did all at once, but yet slowly and gradually and we are always learning and implementing new things!!
