| Introduction | Old Wisdom, New Lessons ... Sharing with you experiences and lessons gained from our years of heading and working in and with corporations big and small, chairing committees and clubs, and most importantly, interacting with precious friends and people of all ages, all walks of life. We began our first blog – Business Fables and Management Lessons – on Nov 30, 2006, thinking that it would be a wonderful way to share what we know, using familiar stories to bring out important lessons in life. Over the years, we had documented a good number of interesting quotations which we used in our speeches, assignments and presentations. Our second blog – Famous Motivational and Inspirational Quotes – created on Jan 15, 2007, had themes for each month, offering thought-provoking quotes, pictures, and ideas that can be blogged about. As we were not IT professionals, we had great difficulties understanding computing terms, language, HTML codes, templates, CSS, and what have you. We wrote these things that we had learned in our third blog - Tips for New Bloggers – created on Feb 9, 2007. Within 3 months, it obtained a Google Page Rank of 5. Thanks for all the support! |
