| Introduction | I've been sewing since I was a little girl making doll clothes at around 7. My mom was a talented seamstress but was concerned that if I learned all her "short-cuts" my sewing teachers would not be happy with me. So she kept them to herself! Darn!!! Sewing is a comfort, a stress reliever, a joy! Old or new fabric is a mainstay in my life... I always enjoy visiting a fabric store... it helps to light a match under the "next" project! I enjoy re-purposing items, or just making over older items. I hope that I can bring joy to others with my quilting and sewing... Because I made things with love. |

Well, if an orange wooly jumper is all I've got to wear... I suppose I would have to wear some tall heeled boots.... that is if I had any.
