| Introduction | Raina's pack is our family of six (seven if you include our Standard Poodle Raina). We are a multiracial family lucky enough to live in a wonderfully diverse and liberal town. Our girls are African-American and they came to us as foster babies when they were less than a month old (as did Baby Mira who was with us for two months in 2007). We adopted Amaya after about 2 1/2 years and we adopt Samara at 21 months. Isaac and Caleb are our biological children. We live a typically hectic life with four kids between the ages of 1 to 6 years, and a dog (our first baby). |
