Introduction We are newly relocated here in North Carolina from Florida. Carla is The Domestic Diva and Michael is a Restaurant Manager, and our Baby is a Bichon Frise; Angel. Michael cooks off the cuff from anything in our pantry, freezer and fridge, however on a day to day basis would prefer to have a steak and potato. He has been known to concoct some pretty awesome dinners, however he never writes down what he did to make them. I, Carla on the other hand am the recipe addict. I have a vast collection of cookbooks (very old and new) and I never pass up a magazine dedicated to cooking and recipes. I will try any recipe at least once and if I like it will add it in my repitoire of "make again" collection. Michael cooks and photographs. Carla cooks, photographs and types up the posts. We both enjoy cooking and sharing our recipe selections with you.
