| Introduction | Part troop-supporter and part third-person self hyperbolist, Jim Welp is recognized by HR pros nationwide as a people person. After earning a degree in sarcasm, Welp launched a successful career in film, where he gained fame as the irascible Ralphie in the hit comedy What Are You, Some Kinda Dick? He soon discovered that his calling lay behind the camera, especially when it was turned off and put away inside a locked room. There, he penned the popular "Big Fat Stupid Head" children's book series, famous for the bestseller "John Belski is a …" which became a major motion picture starring Jon Lovitz. A part-time inventor, he is credited with creating prepositions you can plausibly end a sentence with. After spending most of his life as a secular humanist, he recently converted to secular animalism.
