Introduction	I'm a mom, a doctor's wife, an Army Brat, and a Mormon. I love my family, being creative, making cakes, playing piano, trying to speak Spanish, and spending time outdoors. I love food. I am terrible at sports. (When I tried out for volleyball in high school, the coach asked me if I'd like to be manager - HA!) I really want to set a good example for my kids of a healthy lifestyle. I am hoping that this blog will help me stick to my goal of eating well and becoming active.
