| Introduction | I am 41 years old. Like most people my age, I have been working a job, paying the bills, raising kids, and gaining weight. One night, while binging on reality T.V. after a frustrating day at work, I realized I have gone as far as I can go in this life at the status quo. At one point in my life, albeit many, many years ago, I dreamed that I would live a prolific life. A life better than average. Changes have to be made. It's go big or go home.
