| Introduction | Hi there, I am Erin and I hail from Singapore, a lovely, tiny nation that is completely obsessed with food! I have recently discovered a love for cooking as well as baking, and I'm so thrilled to see so much resources and foodblogs online. At the beginning of this year, I was completely hopeless in cooking. So much so that I even doubted whether I could cook a pot of rice (with a ricecooker!). Well, since April this year, things have changed. I decided to brave my fear, pick up the wok and spatula and step into the kitchen. It has been a wonderful experience. I have had quite a number of catastrophes in the kitchen and will probably experience more to come in the future. In the mean time, I thought of combining my love for food and photography by sharing with you the little successes that I have had in the kitchen so far.
