| Introduction | I have more than 1,000 bread pudding recipes to play with, thanks to my friends on an Internet cookbook collectors' group, who have dubbed me Bread Pudding Queen. When I'm not escaping to the kitchen to create bread puddings, I pursue a life as a freelance writer and editor, as well as a cookbook author. I'm also the Providence Vegetarian Examiner on examiner.com. It's a pretty good life - bread pudding and writing. I'm now working - this is work? - on new bread puddings to add to a sequel to my book, Bread Pudding Bliss. |
