She has more than 10 years background of working in the IT industry in roles ranging from Testing, Database Development, Windows & Web Development to Training & Project Management. She has been a MCP since 2002, is a Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional: Applications for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist in SQL 2005, .Net 2.0 development for Windows and .Net 2.0 development for Web and has just recently become a Microsoft Certified Trainer. She is involved with several Sydney based user groups and has spoken at several User groups around Australia.
